「〇〇にアレルギーがあります」(__ ni arerugī ga arimasu — I'm allergic to __), or put it on a
bilingual clinic card once and reuse it everywhere.
Availability classes: OTC = buy at a drugstore · Prescription = see a doctor here (easy and cheap) · Not available = the ingredient is not sold or not permitted in Japan.
